Order Processing
We aim to dispatch most orders within 2–3 business days after they are placed.
Processing times may vary depending on order volume, and small delays can occur during busy periods or product launches. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or Australian public holidays.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the shipping service selected at checkout.
Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details at checkout.
Please double-check your address, including unit numbers and postcodes, as auto-fill errors or saved addresses can sometimes cause delivery issues.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible at motionworksedc@gmail.com.
Once an order has been dispatched and collected by the courier, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address.
Combining Orders
If you place multiple orders and would like them combined, we may be able to accommodate this if notified early.
Please include a note with your new order and contact us at motionworksedc@gmail.com.
While we will do our best to combine shipments, this cannot be guaranteed.
Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
Australian orders are generally not subject to additional duties or import taxes.
For international orders, any applicable duties, taxes, VAT, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be charged by local authorities before or upon delivery.
These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of and comply with their country’s import regulations.
