Returns, Exchanges & Order Issues

If you need to request a return or exchange, or if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us at motionworksedc@gmail.com

We may ask for photos to help us assess the situation and determine the best next steps.

In the rare event of a manufacturing defect, quality control issue, or damage that occurred during shipping, MotionWorks will cover any associated return shipping costs.

If you choose to return or exchange an item for any other reason, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that we’re unable to provide prepaid return shipping labels, so customers will need to arrange return shipping themselves.
